Pom-Watermelon Popsicles

POM-WATERMELON POPSICLES ~ Simple and fun summer recipe

Your family and friends will love these treats all year round. the bright red color pairs perfectly for 4th of July parties! They are so simple to make, just a few ingredients and steps, pop them in the freezer and go. 

Ingredients Needed:

  • watermelon, cubed
  • sugar
  • POM pomegranate juice

How To Make:

Using a blender or food processor, add watermelon and pulse until pureed.  

Pour into a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds.  

Combine watermelon juice sugar and POM juice.

Pour into popsicle molds or Dixie cups and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
