How to Make Barbecue Chicken Wings:
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
- We used an offset fire with hickory for smoke flavor.
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Grill wings, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
- Using a meat thermometer, cook until wings reach 165°.
- Brush with barbecue sauce and continue to cook 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Can You Bake Barbecue Chicken Wings?
If you aren’t up for grilling you can totally bake your wings in the oven. Bake at 400° for about 20-25 minutes brushing with barbecue sauce and baking for an additional five minutes. Make sure internal temperature is at 165°.

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup homemade barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350° or oven 400°
- Pat chicken wings with a paper towel.
- Place wings on the grill or place on a baking sheet for the oven.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Brush all sides with barbecue sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
