Berry Cheesecake Parfaits
Berry Cheesecake Parfaits are a tasty dessert or summer holidays and cookouts. Layers of no bake cheesecake, angel food cake, and delicious summer berries! Easy to make ahead for celebrations and get togethers.
These Berry Cheesecake Parfaits are the perfect red, white and blue dessert for summer holidays like 4th of July. A fun and easy patriotic dessert that is great to get the kids to help with!
How to Make Berry Cheesecake Parfaits:
- Cut angel food cake into bite sized pieces and set aside.
- Add whipping cream to a mixer bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Place in refrigerator.
- Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to mixer bowl and beat until well combined. Add in lemon juice and vanilla and beat well. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer cheesecake mixture, angel food cake, and berries into serving glasses. Top with additional whipping cream if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Parfaits are the best dessert for summer picnics and cookouts. I love individual desserts so everyone can serve themselves and they are ready to go ahead of time. So easy!

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits
Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 baked loaf angel food cake
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Additional sweetened whipping cream or garnish if desired.
Instructions
- Cut angel food cake into bite sized pieces and set aside.
- Beat whipping cream in a mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Place in refrigerator.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add in lemon juice and vanilla and mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer about 1-2 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture into parfait glasses, top with a few angel food cake pieces, and berries, repeat layers and top with additional whipping cream if desired.
- Chill 2 hours or until ready to serve. Cover wit plastic wrap if chilling overnight.

Hello, it says one tbsp lemon juice but I can not find it in the instructions.
Where do I use the lemon juice? For the fruit or in the cream?

Can Cool Whip be substituted for the whipping cream?
Cool Whip would work just fine.
