The Painkiller is a great Tiki cocktail that is easy to mix up by the glass, perfect to enjoy by the pool or sip on the front porch. The flavor combination could be compared to a grown up Piña Colada being a little less sweet with a bit more of a rum kick.

The classic painkiller is made with Pusser Rum but you can use your favorite. I keep Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum on hand. It’s essential for some of my favorite easy cocktails.
