Ingredients for Air Fryer Sausage Biscuits:
- Breakfast Sausage
- Butter
- Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- Shredded Cheese
- Canned Biscuits
How to Make Air Fryer Sausage Biscuits:
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up to brown on all sides. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
- Add eggs to a bowl and beat with salt and pepper.
- Over medium heat, add butter to a skillet and cook eggs until soft scrambled. The eggs will continue to cook inside the biscuits, so don’t cook them dry.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Unroll can biscuits and split each biscuit in half. They are flaky and it’s easy to pull them apart.
- Layer shredded cheese, eggs and sausage over one side of each biscuit.
- Next, layer remaining biscuit halves over filling.
- Pinch edges together to seal.
- Place stuffed biscuits into air fryer leaving room in between. My air fryer will hold 4 at a time.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove from air fryer and repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Serve immediately or cool and refrigerate to enjoy throughout the week.

My husband LOVED these!! I added the cheese to the scrambled eggs (easier to put in the biscuit). I also had to flip & cook an additional 2 minutes to get both sides GBD (golden brown delicious)
Thank you for sharing such an awesome recipe!!
Are these freezable?
Hi Stacey,
Yes you can freeze them. Freeze them on a sheet pan for about 1 – 2 hours and then place in a freezer bag up to 3 months. Freezing them on the sheet pan will let you take them out one at a time. You can also wrap individually with plastic wrap before placing in the freezer bag.

Brush with butter before or after cooking.
Hi Rhonda,
The butter in the recipe is for cooking the eggs. You can brush the biscuits with additional butter after cooking if desired.
