- Add heavy whipping cream to a mixer bowl and beat at medium speed until cream starts to thicken. Raise mixer to high speed, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into another bowl and place in the refrigerator.
- In the mixer bowl, add cream cheese and peanut butter.
- Mix at medium speed until well combined.
- Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream for garnishing the cheesecakes.

- Fill piping bags with cheesecake mixture and whipped cream. Or just use a spoon to fill the glasses. I love these disposable piping bags that come with a tip. If the cheesecake doesn’t fit through the tip, just cut the end off, just above the tip.
- Pipe into individual serving glasses or small bowls.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle remaining Butterfinger candy bars over the top.
- Chill for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
How Long Does No Bake Cheesecake Keep?
No bake cheesecake is best within the first 24 hours but will be good for 2-3 days if covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Where to Buy Individual Serving Glasses:
I use these 5 oz juice glasses to make individual servings but any small glass or bowl will work. If I’m making them for crowd, I like to get the small plastic party glasses that are disposable.
