No Bake Toffee Cheesecake is a quick and easy dessert for any occasion. Vanilla cheesecake filling with Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits and plenty of whipped cream make this dessert irresistible!

No Bake Toffee Cheesecake ~ Light and Fluffy Cheesecake
No Bake Cheesecake is my go- to dessert recipe when it’s too hot to turn on the oven. It’s the perfect cool and creamy dessert on a hot summer day. Great for holiday cookouts and celebrations and easy enough for any day of the week.
Ingredients Needed:
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Cream Cheese
- Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits
How to Make No Bake Toffee Cheesecake:
- Beat heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups for garnish and place the remaining whipped cream in another bowl.
- Add cream cheese to mixer and beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add bowl of sweetened whipped cream and beat until combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of toffee bits.
- Place cheesecake mixture in a piping bag or zip top bag.
- Pipe into dessert glasses about 1/2 full.
- Sprinkle toffee bits over cheesecake filling.
- Fill with remaining cheesecake filling.
- Top with reserved sweetened whipping cream.
- Garnish with toffee bits.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
How to Store:
Store no bake cheesecake in refrigerator up to 3 days.
How to Make No Bake Cheesecake in a Pie Crust:
Prepare the filling as directed. Pour into a pre-made graham cracker crust. Top with sweetened whipping cream and garnish with toffee bits. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

- Add cream cheese to mixer bowl and beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add bowl of sweetened whipped cream mixing until combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of toffee bits.

I’ve always been a fan of no-bake recipes because they save a lot of time, but this dessert is the best version of it that I’ve encountered yet. The rich toffee taste complements the cheese so well!
