- Pour heavy whipping cream into a mixer bowl and beat at medium speed until cream starts to thicken. Raise to high speed and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, add milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Add the whipped cream.
- Fold in until well combined.
- Pour into a baking pan or loaf pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and freeze over night.
- Remove from freezer and serve immediately.
