Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients: Strawberries, chocolate chips, heavy cream, dark spiced rum, white chocolate chips

Wash the strawberries. Soak in ice water for 5 minutes. Drain well and dry completely. 

Heat cream with rum until cream starts to bubble. Place chocolate chips in a bowl, cover with cream. Set 5 minutes. Stir.

Dip strawberries in chocolate. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Melt white chocolate chips. 

Drizzle white chocolate over strawberries. 

Drizzle white chocolate over strawberries. Chill 30 minutes.

Enjoy for Valentine's Day, date night and special occasions.
