NY Strip Steaks

Brush steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with brown sugar dry rub.

Sear 3 minutes, flip the steaks.

Cook another 3 minutes, flip the steaks again. Cook until desired temperature is reached.

Use a digital thermometer, cook to 140° for medium. Remove to a platter. Rest 5 minutes.
