Hi. I would love to make them, but unable to find egg wraps. Is there a substitute for egg wrap,please..
Hi Margaret,
Usually the egg roll wrappers are in the produce section of the grocery store. If you can’t find them, flour tortillas work too.

I want to make these but don’t want them fried–do you have the cooking times for in the oven? Temp and time?
Hi Norma,
Bake at 375° on a lined or greased baking sheet for about 15 minutes. Brush with butter and bake another 5 minutes or until crispy. Roll in cinnamon and sugar after baking. I hope that helps.

Can and how do you cook in an air fryer? Thank you
Hi Kathy,
I have not made these in the air fryer. After rolling the apple pie egg rolls up, brush with vegetable oil on all sides. Cook in the air fryer basket, with space in between, in small batches at 400°. Cooking time should be 6-8 minutes or until crispy.
