How to Make Beer Punch:
- Add pineapple juice and ginger ale to a large pitcher, top with 3 beers. We used Dos Equis, a Mexican beer, use what ever you have on hand.
- Stir together and serve chilled or over ice.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple if desired.
It just takes a few minutes to mix up Beer Punch and it’s best to make it when you are ready to serve. You can store it in an airtight container but it may lose a bit of the fizz.

Do you know what the amounts of juice and ginger ale to add if you only wanted to use 1 beer for a smaller batch?
Hi,
For one beer, use 5 ounces of ginger ale and 5 ounces of pineapple juice. That will be close to the same ratio.
Thanks,
Milisa
