Chocolate – Cinnamon Cookies

I have a new found love of chocolate and cinnamon together.  These cookies are soft and super tasty.

Chocolate Cookies drizzled with icingChocolate Cinnamon Cookies ~ Delicious Chocolate and Cinnamon Cookies 

I drizzled a little white chocolate over the top and they were amazing. These would make excellent cookies for a bake sale or for a weekend barbecue. 

Ingredients Needed:

  • butter, softened
  • sugar
  • brown sugar
  • egg
  • sour cream
  • vanilla extract
  • all purpose flour
  • cocoa powder
  • baking soda
  • baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • white chocolate chips

How To Make:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.  

Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and egg.  

Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.  

Drop onto a greased or lined cookie sheet with a medium size cookie scoop or shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.  

Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are firm.  

Remove to a wire rack to cool.  

Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over baked cookies.
