Instead of granulated garlic could you use fresh finely chopped garlic?

Made this morning. Adjusted to my taste by adding an extra tablespoon of horse radish and an extra tablespoon of lemon juice. Delicious!
Second Christmas in a row I have made this – just finished and again a winner! The only thing I do different is cut the pepper in half but that is me…. I have tried the St Elmo copycat and this kicks it’s butt.
Hi Jim,
So glad you like it! Appreciate you stopping by to let me know. Have a wonderful Christmas!

This is the third Christmas I will be making this sauce. That should say enough however my family are horseradish addicts so I always add extra. I keep everything the same. This sauce is too easy to make and too good not to enjoy!
Hi Jim,

Thanks Lisa, I’m so glad it was a hit.
