How to Store Cucumbers:
Cucumbers are one of those veggies that perish rather quickly. They say they are best kept at room temperature but I find that they last a little longer in the refrigerator. I like to keep them in a small basket on the shelf, towards the front. The back or the bottom of the refrigerator will be too cold and will make your cucumbers mushy.
Creamy Cucumber Salad is an easy side dish for summer get togethers, picnics and cookouts. Everyone loves the flavor combination and the crisp cool cucumber crunch.
