This is a simple treat that is great for after school, as a quick dessert for busy weeknights and perfect for a crowd.  It’s so easy to customize with everyone’s favorite soda.  I think I may do these for Emmet’s birthday party later this year.

Fizzy Fruity Ice Cream Floats

Servings: 6 floats

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 6 12 oz fruit flavored soft drinks (like grape, strawberry, orange, lime or black cherry)

Instructions

  • Place 2 (1/3 cup) scoops of ice cream into each of 6 large glasses. Pour soft drinks over ice cream and serve immediately.
