Ingredients Needed
- Cream Cheese
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Canned Crushed Pineapple
- Graham Cracker Crust – get the 10″, larger one.
- Cool Whip – or sweetened whipped cream
- Fresh Pineapple – Optional for garnish
- Fresh Mint – Optional for garnish
Step By Step Directions
Add softened cream cheese to a mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
Next, add sweetened condensed milk, mixing at low speed until combined, then raising to medium speed about 2 minutes.
Fold in 1 cup crushed pineapple, with the juice. Reserve the remaining pineapple for garnish or another use.
Pour into a 10-inch pre-made graham cracker crust.
Cover and freeze 6-8 hours or over night.
Remove from freezer when you are ready to serve and top with Cool Whip.
Garnish with drained crushed pineapple or chunks of fresh pineapple and mint leaves if desired.
Allow the pie to sit at room temperature about 10- 15 minutes before slicing and serving for a cool and refreshing dessert.
Cover and return pie to the freezer immediately after serving.
Recipe Notes
Store Frozen Pineapple Pie in a covered dish in the freezer up to 3 days.
For longer storage, wrap tightly in 2 layers of plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag or add a layer of aluminum foil. Store in the freezer up to 6 weeks.

- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 4 ounces Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream optional for garnish
- remaining crushed pineapple drained or fresh pineapple for optional garnish

Instructions

- Add sweetened condensed milk and continue beating at medium speed, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in 1 cup of crushed pineapple with the juice.
- Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
- Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until frozen solid..
- Remove pie from freezer and garnish with Cool Whip, reserved drained pineapple or fresh diced pineapple and mint leaves.
- Let the pie stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Return covered pie to the freezer immediately.
