This looks wonderful. How much brown sugar for the Hoisin sauce?
Hi Linda,
Thanks for letting me know that the brown sugar measurement was missing. It is 2 tablespoons of brown sugar for the Hoisin sauce. I’ve updated the recipe and I hope you will give it a try.

Thanks. I have the shrimp marinating now, and came back to see if you answered or if I would have to guess on the brown sugar! Love your recipes.
Thanks Linda! So glad you are enjoying the recipes, that makes my day.

Hi Milisa! I’m a devoted user of your recipes. I’m 77 years old and live alone. I’ve done my own cooking most of my life and enjoy doing so. I was lucky to have a mother who didn’t want her sons to starve because they didn’t know how to cook. I just had to let you know how much I enjoy your recipes. They are simple to the point and delicious. I cook a lot of Asian food and this recipe is tasty and simple. I used my wok to cook this and just rearranged the steps to cook it not the ingredients. It was delicious. I could live off of your many recipes you have listed on your web site. Thanks for the recipes.
Sincerely, Dan
