Homemade Rosemary Cheese Crackers
These little crackers are a wonderful little bite. A savory cracker that is full of flavor and pretty easy to make. Perfect for taking on the go or snacking at the house.

Homemade Rosemary Cheese Crackers ~ Incredibly Tasty Homemade Crackers
These make great appetizers and would be perfect with soup. In fact we had them with some pretty yummy chicken noodle soup. Use your favorite spice combinations and watch them disappear!
Ingredients Needed:
- all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
- parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- butter
- milk
- fresh rosemary, chopped very fine (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- granulated garlic
- sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
How To Make:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, seasonings, and cheese.
Cut in butter with a fork.
Add milk and stir until a the dough forms into a ball.
Turn out onto a floured board and roll out into a rectangle about 1/4″ thickness.
Trim edges to square up and cut into equal rectangles and then into squares and then again diagonally into triangles.
Carefully place onto a lined or greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
