Maple Glazed Pork Chops
Move over dry and boring pork chops! This recipe has an amazing maple glaze that will tantalize your taste buds and they are so easy to make!

How to Make Maple Glazed Pork Chops:
- Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking.
- Pour maple syrup into a small saucepan.
- Add granulated garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, kosher salt and fresh rosemary and whisk to combine.
- Cook over medium- high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Glaze will be thick enough to coat the spoon.
- Place pork chops on a plate or baking sheet.
- Brush over all sides of pork chops.
- Prepare grill or oven to 350°.
- Grilling: place pork chops of flame and sear 2 minutes. Move to indirect heat. Brush with any excess glaze.
- Baking: place on a baking sheet and brush with excess glaze.
- Cook for 22-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°.
- Remove from grill or oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.

- 4 oz pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking.
- Set a saucepan over medium- high heat and add maple syrup.
- Whisk in granulated garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, kosher salt and fresh rosemary.
- Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Place pork chops on a plate or baking sheet and brush glaze over all sides.
