  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Spicy Brown Mustard or Dijon Mustard
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Optional Garnishes: Toasted sliced almonds, fresh herbs.

Step-By-Step Directions for Maple Mustard Salmon

  1. In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, mustard and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Remove salmon from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Prepare a grill fire to 300°.

  1. Place salmon, skin side down onto the grill and brush with maple mustard. Close the grill, cooking about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush salmon with remaining mustard mixture and continue to cook until salmon reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer. Remove to a serving tray.

  1. Garnish salmon with toasted sliced almonds and herbs if desired.
