Peach Salsa
Peach Salsa is so easy to make with fresh peaches for a delicious dip or topping for tacos, grilled pork chops and more.
Fresh peach salsa is loaded with amazing flavors and is a great addition to any appetizer spread, Salmon Tacos, Mexican Fiesta or grilling menu.
- Fresh Peaches
- Red Onion
- Jalapeno
- Fresh Garlic
- Lime Juice
- Honey
- Cilantro
- Kosher Salt
How to Make Peach Salsa
- Peel and dice the peaches. Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic and jalapeno, removing seeds and membranes. Coarsely chop the cilantro.
- Add diced peaches, onions, jalapenos, garlic and cilantro to a bowl with lime juice, honey and kosher salt.
- Mix well and serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes and Variations
- Peaches: Fresh peaches work best for this fresh salsa recipe. If using canned or frozen peaches, drain well. The texture will not be as crisp but they will work in a pinch.
- Onion: Substitute chopped green onion if desired.
- Additions: Diced mango, tomatoes or strawberries make great additions to fresh fruit salsas.
- Storage: Store peach salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
