How to Make a Pomegranate Sidecar Cocktail:
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add bourbon, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Rub the rim of the glass with lemon juice and dip in raw sugar.
- Pour sidecar into glass and garnish with lemon peel or rosemary.

Pomegranate Sidecar Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 3/4 ounce orange liqueur
- 3/4 ounce pomegranate juice
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- raw sugar for garnish
- fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Fill the cocktail shaker about half way with ice.
- Add bourbon orange liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously and pour into glass.
- You can serve a sidecar cocktail in a martini glass or an old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh rosemary or rub the rim of the glass with lemon and roll in sugar and lemon zest and a twist of lemon peel.
