Can I make this fudge with baileys salted caramel Irish cream?
Hi Carolyn,
That will work and be delicious!
~ Milisa
I made this but it came out softer than expected. It set up and everything but retained more moisture than my normal, non-alcoholic fudges. Is this normal or did I botch something?
Hi Patrick,
I suppose it might just be a bit “softer” than normal fudge but it could also be the humidity in the air. I hope you enjoy it.
