These cookies are buttery, rich and have a touch of peanut butter that goes delightfully with the chocolate. You really can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate together in a cookie.

The Best Chocolate Cookies ~ Easy Chocolate Cookie Recipe
Simple yet so delicious. These cookies pair perfectly with Coffee or even milk. Kids will absolutely love these! You could even whip these up and bring them to a cookout or gathering. The best part about this recipe is that if you have left over coffee in the pot you can use it for this!
Ingredients Needed:
- butter, melted
- peanut butter (I used crunchy but creamy will work too)
- egg
- brewed coffee
- all purpose flour
- powdered sugar
- cocoa powder
- baking soda
How To Make:
In a large mixing bowl, stir melted butter and cocoa together until well combined.
Add in egg, peanut butter and coffee, stir to combine.
Next stir in powdered sugar until combined and then flour and baking soda until all is mixed together.
Shape dough into about 1 1/2 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on lined or greased baking sheet.
Press carefully with fork tines to flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool.
