HOW TO MAKE CRISPY HASH BROWNS

Ingredients: Russet Potatoes Vegetable Oil Kosher Salt

Scrub & Peel Potatoes

Shred Potatoes with a  box grater

Squeeze excess  water from shredded potatoes

Heat Vegetable oil to 350° & fry 1/4 cup of shredded potatoes for each hash brown

Fry 4 minutes per side

drain on paper towel lined plate sprinkle with salt
