IRISH  BEEF STEW

Cook bacon until crispy & drain on a plate

Chop carrots onions celery potatoes

Cook carrots onions & celery in bacon drippings. Add Guinness Stout 

Add Beef Broth

Add potatoes & bacon

Add Worcestershire Sauce

Cut Sirloin into chunks & toss with seasonings

Grill over the top of the soup

Cook for  30 minutes until meat reaches 145°

Stir sirloin into soup

Serve  with Soda Bread!
