Kahlua Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients: Chocolate Cake Mix Butter + Eggs + Coffee Kahlua + Chocolate Chips Heavy Cream + Powdered Sugar + Cocoa Powder + Vanilla Extract

Mix cake mix with eggs, coffee, Kahlua and butter.  Bake in cupcake tins.

Make ganache: combine chocolate chips with heavy cream that has been heated until it bubbles. Stir in Kahlua.

Make the frosting. Combine butter powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cream, Kahlua, vanilla.

Scoop out center of cupcakes. Fill with ganache.

Pipe icing over cupcakes.

Serve immediately.
