Marinated Mozzarella Balls is a quick and easy appetizer with layers of delicious Italian flavors. It's the perfect bite sized appetizer for the holidays and to add to any charcuterie board.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, parsley salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  2. Whisk together.
  3. Break mozzarella balls apart and place into the olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes to come to room temperature.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
