Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Maple Glazed Pork Chops are wrapped in bacon and rosemary are the juicy and flavorful. Great on the grill or oven baked. A simple recipe for any day of the week and delicious enough for entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon Wrapped with Rosemary Pork Loin Chops
  • 4 oz pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking. 
  2. Set a saucepan over medium- high heat and add maple syrup.
  3. Whisk in granulated garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, kosher salt and fresh rosemary. 
  4. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Place pork chops on a plate or baking sheet and brush glaze over all sides.
  6. Prepare grill or oven to 350°.
  7. If grilling: place pork chops of flame and sear 2 minutes. Move to indirect heat. Brush with any excess glaze. 
  8. For baking: place on a baking sheet and brush with excess glaze. 
  9. Cook for 22-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°. 
  10. Remove from grill or oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
