How to Make Air Fryer Mini Pizzas
- Preheat air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes.
- Unroll biscuit dough and pull each biscuit into 2 layers.
- Sprinkle a cutting board with a bit of flour and roll biscuit into about a 3 inch circle with a rolling pin.
- Top with marinara sauce or homemade pizza sauce.
- Add sausage and pepperoni.
- Top with shredded mozzarella.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil (or lightly brush).
- Use a spatula to place the pizzas in the air fryer, cooking 2 or 3 at a time.
- Cook in the air fryer for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Place pizzas on a wire rack as they come out of the air fryer to keep the crust from becoming soggy.
Oven Directions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Preheat Oven.
- Place pizzas onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
Tips for Making Biscuit Pizzas
- Splitting the biscuits in half will make the crust the perfect thickness but don’t roll too thin or they will be hard to put into the air fryer.
- Toppings: Don’t overdo the toppings, less or more for mini pizzas.
- Test your air fryer out to get the right time and temperature. I found that 4 minutes at 400° made the most crisp pizza crust.
- I sprayed my air fryer basket with olive oil once and it was enough to keep the dough from sticking through all of the batches. If the dough starts to stick, just add a little more olive oil. Do not use non stick spray, like Pam, it will damage your air fryer basket.
- Variations: Pizza are great for using leftovers like chopped onions, red bell pepper, sliced olives or mushrooms. Use up bits of leftover ham, chicken or ground beef. The options are limitless. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for an easy garnish.
For an even easier little pizzas, try making these Air Fryer English Muffin Pizzas. Using english muffins makes personal pizzas super quick and delicious. Add a garden salad and peppercorn ranch for a complete meal.
How to Store & Reheat
- Storage: Cool pizzas completely on a wire rack if you are not serving immediately. Store leftover mini pizzas in zip top baggies or an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
- Reheat: Reheat in air fryer, toaster oven or oven for 2 – 5 minutes at 350°.

- I’ve added this Accessories Kit to my Amazon wish list. It has a cake pan, pizza pan, baking racks, skewers, silicone mat, silicone egg bites mold.
- Here’s the Oil Sprayer that I use with the air fryer. I like it so much better than the pump variety.

I had put my air fryer in storage , so we got it out and going to learn how to use it. Made frozen hash browns this morning they weer the best
Awesome!
Couldn’t get the crust hard on the bottom. Tops looked beautiful, but biscuits could have more baking time. Any suggestions?
Hi Deb,
You can spray or brush the dough with olive oil and maybe cook at a bit higher temperature. I am guessing your air fryer just cooks a bit different than mine.

I was reading that folks pre-bake the dough and then continue w/ toppings etc.
My air fryer is going to get some use now – finally a new recipe to try!!

Pillsbury makes mini pizza crust in the cans also. I have made pizzas using them.
I just saw those the other day but I haven’t tried them yet.

Had a hard time transferring them into the air fryer so I left them on parchment paper and cooked for 2 minutes and then took off parchment and put directly in air fryer for 3 more minutes.
Hi Dianna,
Smart idea!

Hubby doesn’t like crisp crust so guess I will have to experiment a little on time wise.
Thanks for the great recipe. Time for me to uncover my air fryer and start using it more often.
Hi Colleen,
I hope y’all enjoy them.
